- From what time can I check in at the hotel?
Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is until 12:00. Our reception service is open 24 hours a day and we offer late check-out until 13:00 subject to availability and until 15:00 with an additional charge of €30.
- What are the breakfast hours?
Our breakfast hours are: Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 10:30 | Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 08:00 to 11:00. If for any reason you need to have breakfast earlier, please let us know upon arrival.
- Can I have lunch or dinner at the hotel? What times are available?
Our dinner service is from 19:30 to 22:00 every day of the week. It is advisable to book in advance, as our restaurant is open to the public and there may be no availability. If you have any food intolerances or require a special menu, please let us know so we can take it into account.

- Important information about the “Sabor Torremilanos” experience
You can enjoy your visit to the winery in two shifts, at 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. During the visits you have to “close a language”; the visits are only done in one language per shift. The visits + lamb menu begin at 1:00 p.m. and, right after, at 2:30 p.m. the meals with a Spanish menu. As these are meals that require preparation, it is important to organize the schedules with reception so that the kitchen is aware.
- Important information about the “Ribera Experience”
You can enjoy your visit to the winery in two shifts, at 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. During the visits you have to “close a language”; the visits are only done in one language per shift.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE WINERY
- Where is the winery?
It is inside the hotel, you don’t have to go anywhere to visit it, it is all in the same complex.
- When are the visits to the winery and what do they consist of?
Visits to the winery take place every day at two times, at 10:30 a.m. and at 5:00 p.m. They last between 1 hour and a half and 2 hours. Private visits are only available if there are at least 10 people interested in doing so, so it is necessary to book in advance and the time can be arranged with the hotel at hotel@torremilanos.com.
The visit consists of a guided tour of the vineyard in the open air. Then you go to the winery to explain the entire winemaking process, visit the cooperage, the barrel room and finish with a tasting of four of our wines and an individual aperitif.
- Can you taste and sample Torremilano wines without visiting the winery?
Of course, we have a wine bar with a terrace open every day from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

- Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, we have a private outdoor parking lot for guests free of charge.
- What can you do in the area?
The receptionists at the property know the area and can advise you on plans, restaurants and places of interest to visit. You can also visit our plans section, where you will find different types of proposals to enjoy La Ribera del Duero.
- Important information about the taxi service
In Aranda de Duero there are no taxis available 24 hours a day: There may not be service during certain hours, especially at night. We recommend that our guests plan ahead and make alternative arrangements when they need transportation outside of taxi service hours.We are located 6 km from Aranda de Duero: This means that taxi availability may be affected due to distance and lack of coordination between self-employed taxi drivers. Although we are located close to the city, there may be times when taxis are not immediately available due to distance and lack of a centralized taxi network.
This is an external service to the hotel: Although we will do our best to assist our guests in obtaining a taxi when necessary, we must bear in mind that we do not have direct control over the availability and coordination of self-employed taxi drivers in our area. Therefore, the hotel reception has limited power to resolve issues related to taxi service.
